Cecy Estrada

Cecy is the Special Projects Manager for Franklin Mountain Management (FMM). Cecy coordinates and administers special projects for Franklin Mountain’s Family Office. Cecy joined the Franklin Mountain team in 2011 as a Project Manager for our Mills and Centre Buildings. Prior to transitioning back to Project Management, Cecy was our Property Manager for the Mills and Centre Buildings.

Cecy gained extensive experience in project and organizational management working in Project Management for Axxion Group Corp., an international manufacturing company. Cecy is a native El Pasoan. She earned a BA in Business Management from the University of Texas at El Paso.
