Rhonda Glenn

Rhonda is the Vice President, Risk Management for Franklin Mountain Management, LLC. In this role, she is responsible for enterprise risk management for FMI and its affiliates.

Prior to joining FMI, Rhonda was a Senior Account Executive at Lockton Companies. Before her tenure at Lockton, she was Vice President of Risk Management & Insurance at ValueHealth, LLC. She is an accomplished risk management executive with over 20 years of experience in corporate risk financing, insurance program design, and enterprise risk strategies.

Rhonda holds a Master’s degree in Legal Studies from Webster University and is certified as an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). She is recognized for her expertise in risk analysis, risk mitigation strategies, risk finance and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, she is an active member of the Risk Management Society (RIMS) and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
